In order to assist mentoring programs in the state of California, we provide customized technical assistance and training. The Center for Applied Research Solutions (CARS) administers the Mentoring Technical Assistance contract that is funded through the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (ADP).

Increase communication between local mentoring programs |
